Pete Moore - Celebrating 30 Years
It is 30 Years this month since I attended the INPUT Pain Management Programme
It didn't take my pain away, but it gave me something just as valuable – the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to live well despite it.
Over the years, I have also collected other long-term health conditions, and the self-management skills I learned have continued to help me adapt, stay positive and focus on what matters most.
As I've grown older, those lessons have become even more important. They remind me that while I may not be able to control every symptom, I can choose how I respond, pace myself, keep moving forward and continue to live a meaningful life.
The INPUT Programme didn't just change my life—it gave me lifelong skills that continue to support me every day.
30 Years On... Still Moving Forward
“It's not about giving up what matters... it's about finding new ways to keep living the life that matters to you.”
I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the INPUT back in 1996
