Introduction from Pete (how to book here)

Most people with back pain struggle to manage it. I know how they feel, because I also struggled back in the early 1990's.

It wasn't until I got mayself on a pain management programme in 1996, where I learn't some basic and simple life-long skills to self-manage my back pain, myself.

I still use those skills today and why since 1997, I havent had the need to take any pain medication. I teach this same simple skills on the workshop.

Introduction from Katie...

I have nearly 30 years of working as a Physiotherapist both in the NHS and private sector. I have a wealth of experience and have come across my fair share of persisting pain sufferers.

My goal is to try to help and get the self-management with support message out there and keen to help Pete on his mission. No one should suffer alone and knowledge and support is vital, keen to play a role in changing and empowering the pain patients.
