Why is the saying “putting one foot in front of the other” so important in my Cancer Supported Self Management Plan ?

Pain self-management news

It is common for someone to be touched or affected by cancer in one was or another. For me personally, all of my family and including me have had cancer or died from it.

I have been living with cancer since May 2016 and I know if I hadn't known about Supported Self Management when I was diagnosed, I wouldn't be sitting here now writing this post.

Supported Self Management so important in cancer management, working with my cancer team, eating the right foods, exercising etc.

Please come and join up on the 21st November 2026. We have organised an international group of both cancer self managers and healthcare professionals from around the world.

How to register, please click here

Everyone who registers will get both the video and audio of the Conference.

All donations will go to cancer charities.
